3-D Human Body System 3-D Human Body System Students are to build a model of the human body system that they have researched. They are to include all major organs in their model design, neatly labeling each. They are to select appropriate materials for design that clearly show the organs and major parts of the system (different colors, materials etc.) exemplifying the system's function and purpose. Organs & Labels	Level 1 Missing 3+ major components. Components are not labeled or are simply labeled incorrectly.	Level 2	Level 3 Missing 1-3 major components. Most components are labeled correctly. Labels are neat.	Level 4	Level 5 All major components present. All components are neatly labeled or represented on a key. Labels are neat and do not make model appear cluttered.
Overall Appearance	Level 1 The model does not resemble the body system. Messy and possibly thrown together at the last minute.	Level 2 Appearance of model does not resemble the body system Labels are difficult to read.	Level 3 Appearance of model somewhat resembles the body system. Labels can be read without difficulty.	Level 4 Appearance of model mostly resembles the body system. Labels are mostly neat and well layed out. Parts are colorful and easy to differentiate.	Level 5 Appearance of model greatly resembled the body system. Labels are neat, well layed out and easy to follow. Colorful, and interesting to look at!
Creativity & Originality	Level 1	Level 2	Level 3 Model shows some originality & creativity by using materials in a somewhat inventive way. Labels are necessary, though, to inform what parts represent.	Level 4	Level 5 Model shows considerable originality and inventiveness.All materials used clearly resemble organ/ body part. Even without labels, they are obvious what parts they represent.
