Intro, Body, ConclusionSlides 10 pts CONTENT: World War II topic information	Excellent Topic is discussed clearly and adequate points are made.	Good Topic is somewhat discussed but more information is required.	Fair Topic is slightly discussed but more material is needed.	Poor Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on.
Powerpoint/Graphics/Slides 10 pts Creativity, content, and conventions.	Excellent Slide visuals are attractive. Text is legible. No grammatical errors. Information is at the advanced level and consistently supports images. All of the required information is present.	Good Slide visuals are attractive. Text is legible. No grammatical errors. Information adequately supports images. Most of the required information is present.	Fair Slide visuals are legible. Too much text is used on slides. Some grammatical errors. Information supports images at times. Some of the required information is present.	Poor The slides are not legible. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There are several grammatical errors. There is little use of graphics or effects. The information does not consistently support images. Little to no of the required information is present.
Speaking Skills 10 pts ORAL PRESENTATION:	Excellent Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice and does not read from sheets	Good Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice but constantly turns to the screen	Fair Speakers presents in a voice that is sometimes clear but constantly refers to the presentation	Poor Speaker does not present in a loud or clear voice and reads simply from the presentation
Student Created Questions 10 pts Student will create three questions with answers for the class.	Excellent Speakers questions are all appropriate for the class, speaker covers questions and answers in presentation.	Good Speaker questions are not all appropriate for the class, speaker does not cover each of the questions in the presentation.	Fair Speaker questions are incomplete or not appropriate. Not covered in presentation.	Poor No questions presented.
Self Grade 10 pts Students will grade themselves on their Powerpoint presentation	Excellent I rocked this presentation!!	Good I did pretty good, could have done better but it was OK.	Fair Hey, at least I tried.	Poor Did not present.
