Butterfly Life Cycle Project Butterfly Life Cycle Project The students were asked to complete a homework assignment, in which they brought in pictures. In class, they were assigned to arrange the photos in a creative fashion, outlining the order of the human life cycle. They were asked to compare the human life cycle to the butterfly life cycle, which was taught the previous lesson. Colorful and Organized	Fair The pictures were not arranged in a creative way. They were attached with no additional decorations and without any arrows or indicators of progression in the life cycle. The project was not colorful.	Good The pictures were attached in a colorful and organized fashion.	Excellent The picture was creative, colorful, organized.
Spelling	Fair Three or more words were spelled incorrectly.	Good Two words were spelled incorrectly.	Excellent One or none of the words were spelled incorrectly.
Group Time	Fair Student did not participate in any of the discussion.	Good Student participated in discussion.	Excellent Student worked well with peers and participated in discussion with some individual input to the conversation.
