Food and Exercise Journal Rubric
Food and Exercise Journal Rubric
Students will evaluate their amount of sleep, exercise and calorie intake for 5 days in a journal. They will also record the amount of activities they complete in a week. They will calculate the average number of calories/meal, calories/day, hours of sleep/day, and the minutes of exercise/day. They will finish with an overall summary that lists and describes the various takeaways from the journal.
