Cultural Cuisine Presentation 
Each student will be assigned a specific culture. The student will research traditional food choices for that culture, create an entree using only foods from that culture. Must use foods from all food groups and daily servings. Must also stay within RDA. Presentations can include art, technology or music. **NOTE: Any student that chooses music for presentation must accompany the song with some type of visual presentation.
