Poster and presentation rubric

The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain information that the students collected regarding world religions The group presentation must be aligned with the poster.

It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation.	Fair Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Poor Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.
Creativity	Excellent The poster has a strong element of creativity and style. The artwork demonstrates a high level of understanding and relates strongly to the overall theme.	Good The poster is clear and logical with elements of creativity and style.	Fair The poster lacks style and appears more like a list of facts than an artistic expression of the story. The poster lacks neatness and clarity.	Poor The poster lacks a clear understanding of the subject matter and their are many errors. Poster is not creative.
Scripture	Excellent The scripture the student(s) used is tied directly to the theme and blends creatively with the artistic expression of the poster.	Good The scripture used is appropriate and clearly highlighted.	Fair The scripture is somewhat appropriate to the story but not directly tied to the theme and is not displayed creatively within the art.	Poor The scripture used has no tie to the theme of the story or is missing completely.
Anchored to the theme	Excellent Artistic expression and scripture presentation are directly reflective of the theme and displayed in a highly creative fashion.	Good Artistic expression and scripture presentation are directly reflective of the theme and demonstrates a measure of creativity.	Fair Artistic expression and scripture presentation are a reflection of the theme but do not demonstrate creativity.	Poor Artistic expression and scripture presentation do not correlate well and the overall correlation to the theme is lacking.
