La Comida Hispana La Comida Hispana You are a food vendor who makes one of the best Hispanic dishes, and you have been invited to a cultural event in which you must give your dish life. You decide that the best way to do this is to connect a folkloric story to the dish that are going to prepare in order to educate the audience of the connection between culture and food. Your goal is to inform the audience that food like culture is syncretic and it is this harmonic mixture working together that makes your dish the best. Content -Knowledge of dish	Bien Hecho Presentation includes all information relevant to the topic in an organized manner.	Asi-Asi Presentation includes all information relevant to the topic;however, it is not well organized.	Mal Hecho -The presentation is lacking in elements required. -There are many gaps in the information presented.
Work Quality -Powerpoint -Brochure	Bien Hecho -Work exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. -The effort that was put into this task is the best.	Asi-Asi --Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. -little to no effort.	Mal Hecho -Work is done with little effort; quality is poor and little time was spent on the final product. -Work is incomplete. -It is evident that the work was rushed.
Grammar -Spelling -Punctuation	Bien Hecho -Written work (powerpoint or brochure) contains 1-2 errors in grammar, punctuation or spelling. Minimum of 6 slides.	Asi-Asi -Slides contain very few grammatical errors. -The number of slides are 5.	Mal Hecho -Slides contains numerous grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. -The number of slides is less than expected. (4 or less)
Oral Presentation -Time	Bien Hecho -Student present information clearly and displays a complete understanding of their information. -Clear articulation; -Proper volume -Enthusiasm -8-10 minutes	Asi-Asi -Student presents the information fairly clear with a reasonable understanding of the information. -4-7 minutes	Mal Hecho -The information presented is not clearly displayed throughout the project. -Did not speak loudly -1-3 minutes
