Several letters are formed incorrectly (size, shape, or direction). Inconsistent use of uppercase/lowercase. Some reversals present.
Good

Most letters are formed correctly. A few minor formation errors (size, direction, or shape) but meaning is still clear. Few or no reversals.
Excellent

Letters are correctly formed with proper size, shape, and direction. Uppercase and lowercase letters are used appropriately. No reversals.
