Member Participation	Excellent Member contributes a lot of effort and encourages and supports the efforts of others in the group.	Average Group member tries really hard and contributes to the overall wellness of the group work dynamic.	Below Average Group member does not participate and does not complete assigned tasks.
Dependability of Member	Excellent Follows through on assigned tasks and takes a leadership role within the group to make sure that all research topics are presented thoroughly.	Average Follows through on some assigned tasks, but does not work to help other members of the group who might be struggling with their research.	Below Average Does not follow through on most assigned tasks and sometimes depends on others to do the work.
Collaboration	Excellent Member respectfully interacts with all members of the team during discussions and helps direct the group in reaching consensus.	Average Member interacts with some members of the team during discussions.	Below Average Member either has difficulty interacting with the group or chooses not to interact with the group.
Visual Presentation	Excellent Member provides information he/she gathered and gave directions on what to place in the slideshow.	Average Member provided basic information for her/his contribution for the slideshow.	Below Average Member did not contribute to construction of the slideshow.
Citations & Information Sharing	Excellent Member finds credible information and cites that information properly within the presentation. Member also shares useful ideas when participating with the group.	Average Member finds mostly credible information but does not cite the information properly within the presentation. Member sometimes provides useful research and ideas when participating.	Below Average Member does not use credible information for purposes of the presentation and there is no citation included in the presentation or presentation materials. Member rarely provides useful research or ideas when participating.
