Class Participation Rubric
This chart describes how your class participation grade will be determined. All students are expected to participate in class daily. Attendance will not be graded directly, but you can't participate if you're not here, so frequent absences (more than 2-3 classes, especially without a reasonable excuse) will tend to lower your score. ***Each category below carries about equal weight; you will receive one overall score (out of 100 for the course) for all aspects of your participation.
