Questions	Poor Student does not have 5 questions. Students questions are too basic and does not engage the Enlightenment thinker.	Fair Student has 5 basic questions and does not engage the Enlightenment thinker.	Good Student has 5 questions that are a good mix of both basic and difficult which give both surface answers as well as thought provoking answers.
Relevancy	Poor One to two questions are relevant to the time and/or the topic.	Fair Two to four questions are relevant to the time and/or topic.	Good All questions are relevant to the time and/or topic.
Answers	Poor Student has not fully answered the questions asked in the interview.	Fair Student has only given basic answers to the interview questions.	Good Student has given well thought out answers to interview questions and has engaged the Enlightenment thinker.
Writing	Poor Students writing had many grammatical as well as spelling errors.	Fair Students writing had a few grammatical or spelling errors.	Good Students writing has few to no grammatical or spelling errors.
