Questions	Poor Student does not have 5 questions. Students questions are shallow and do not engage the Enlightenment thinker.	Fair Student has 5 shallow questions, and do not engage the Enlightenment thinker.	Good Student has 5 questions that are a good mix of both shallow to difficult which give both surface answers as well as thought provoking answers.
Relevancy	Poor One to two questions are relevant to the time and/or the topic.	Fair Two to four questions are relevant to the time and/or topic.	Good All questions are relevant to the time and/or topic.
Answers	Poor Student has not fully answered the questions asked in the interview.	Fair Student has only given shallow answers to the interview questions.	Good Student has given well thought out answers to interview questions and has engaged the Enlightenment thinker.
Writing	Poor Students writing was poor with many grammatical as well as spelling errors. Writing was difficult due to lack of neatness.	Fair Students writing was passable with only a few grammatical or spelling errors. Students work was relatively neat and readable.	Good Students writing was neat with few to no grammatical or spelling errors.
