Work is almost entirely complete. Student has read directions but may have failed to answer a question fully. Student added more information when we corrected whole- class.

Work is entirely complete. Student clearly read and followed directions consistently using full sentences, and edited when necessary during whole-class review of answers.

Student has not demonstrated the skills being presented independently, but has made an effort to participate during guided practice.

Student has not fully demonstrated the skills being presented, but the work completed shows some basic understanding of how to use the skills independently.
