Venn Diagram	Exemplary - Awesome Work Student identified 3 or more similarities AND differences in the polygons.	Proficient - Very Good Student identified 1-2 similarities AND differences in the polygons.	Developing- Keep Trying Student identified no similarities, and only 1 difference on the Venn Diagram, OR the student identified 1 similarity and no differences on the Venn Diagram.	Beginning-Let's Work Together The student does not identify similarities or differences on the Venn Diagram. Student does not complete the Venn Diagram
Essay/ Constructed Response	Exemplary - Awesome Work Student used unit vocabulary to identify 3 or more similarities AND differences in the polygons.	Proficient - Very Good Student used unit vocabulary to identify 1-2 similarities AND differences in the polygons.	Developing- Keep Trying Student used unit vocabulary to identify one similarity OR one difference in the polygons.	Beginning-Let's Work Together The student does not use unit vocabulary terms to identify any differences in the polygons.
