Science Fair: Alter a Plant's Needs 
Students plant radish seeds in two small pots. The control pot will be watered and sunned normally. The variable pot will have one need changed, for example kept in the dark, watered with juice, or planted in sand. Students create an accompanying poster about their experiment, including a full lab report (hypothesis, materials, procedure, data, and conclusion) and illustrations.
