	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Eye Contact	Poor Student looked away, rolled their eyes, and/or made faces for most of the delivery of directions or feedback.	Fair Student maintained eye contact for most of the delivery of direction or feedback, and did not roll their eyes, and/or make faces.	Good Student maintained eye contact throughout delivery of direction or feedback and did not roll their eyes or make faces.
Acknowledgment	Poor Student did NOT display any acceptance of direction or feedback.	Fair Student displayed acceptance of direction or feedback by nodding their head.	Good Student displayed acceptance of direction or feedback by saying "okay" without arguing, pouting, or sulking with teacher/staff.
Neutral Discussion	Poor Student whined, complained, made excuses, said they would work but sat at workstation and did not change/correct/continue to work etc.	Fair Student remained calm but did not acknowledge feedback and did not change/correct/continue to work etc.	Good Student accepted feedback, remained calm and went back to work to change/correct or continue to work .
