Notebook or e-notebook Student must have yellow science notebook or labeled e-notebook on their devices.	Poor Student has a notebook or e-notebook but not as specified.	Fair Student has the required notebook but some papers are loose. Student has the required e-notebook but lacks labels for daily entries.	Good Student has the required notebook with no loose papers. Student has the required e-notebook with labels for daily entries.
Titles and Dates All notes/handouts/assignments are dated	Poor New entries don't have a title. No dates visible.	Fair Only some entries have titles and some are dated.	Good All entries have titles and all are dated.
Organization Notebook is organized according to teacher's instructions.	Poor Notebook is not organized.	Fair Notebook has some organization but is missing some pages or is out of order.	Good Notebook is complete and organized chronologically.
Notes All the required notes are present including bellringers .	Poor Few notes or bellringers are present.	Fair Some notes and bellringers present but not complete.	Good All notes and bellringers are present and complete.
