Toy/Game/Book Project

Create a toy, game or book that displays understanding of intellectual, emotional, social, moral and physical development of a young child that is also safe, durable, and attractive. This toy must be created by using daily or common household items.

Attractively constructed	Target Toy is extremely well-put together. No obvious mistakes. A child would want to play with this toy.	Acceptable Toy is well-put together. A lot of care and consideration was put into it. A few mistakes.	Basic Toy is put together fairly well. There are several mistakes; however still fairly solid.	Below Basic Toy will not stand the test of time. It might last a little bit but will fall apart after a couple of uses.
Functionality	Target The toy does what it is intended to do. If a child/parent followed the directions, they would easily be able to understand.	Acceptable The toy does what it is intended to do. If a child/parent followed the directions, they would be able to use the toy, but they have to ask questions first.	Basic The toy does what it is intended to do for just part of the time.
