Final Project Evaluation

The final project requires students to become Real Estate agents and create a 1 page (front and back) advertisement that would be sent out to potential buyers. The assignment must be creative, orginals, and colourful. It must contain a picture for each of your 8 listings, as well as, it must contain 15 words from our word wall.

Understanding	Good The write up of the properties that were for sale showed that the student had an excellent understanding of the unit. Organization	Good Organization of the advertisement is excellent.	Fair Organization of the advertisment is well done.	Poor Organization of the adverstisement is incomplete.
Creativeness	Good The advertisement contains 7-8 of the required 8 pictures. There were multiple colours used.	Fair The advertisement contained 4-6 of the required 8 pictures. There were a few different colours used.	Poor The advertisement is missing pictures. Only 0-3 of the required 8 pictures were used. There were next to no colours used.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Good Rules of grammar, usage and punctuation are followed; only 1-2 spelling errors	Fair Paper contains few grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.	Poor Paper contains numerous grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
