Goals Essay 
Students were asked to construct an essay that discussed their long and short term goals as they relate to entering college and career (educational, proffessional, and personal goals (not too family oriented but more along the lines of community service, improving quality of life). The students were asked to write as though a scholarship committee or admissions officer would read the essay.
