Requirements 5 pts.	1 Most of the poem doesn't not meet the criteria required. The poem cover/art is not evident or well planned.	2 The poem is missing most of the required content. The poem cover/art is messy, not well planned.	3 The poem is missing 1-2 of the required content or format. The poem cover/art is mostly planned.	4 The poem meets 100% of the required content and format. The poem cover/art is fully planned and significant.
Originality 5 pts.	1 Work appears to be thoughtless or rushed and repetitive. The ideas seem cliched, impersonal or unoriginal.	2 The work is creative, but doesn't demonstrate a variety of approaches.	3 Poem is creative and thoughtful. It is carefully written, but development of craft could go further.	4 Poem is creative and original. It is evident that the thoughts are put into words conveying original ideas and emotions.
