3-Day Meal Plan 
Your job is to create a 3-day healthy meal and snack plan for yourself. You will plan each breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as all snacks and beverages so that your food intake for the day meets MyPlate daily recommendations of servings for each food group. Each day of your meal plan must include: a) Three meals, one to two snacks, and drinks b) Serving sizes for each item to eat or drink c) Nutrient-dense foods d) Variety in food choices
