Include disease onset,pathophysiology,medication mgmt,lifestyle changes,activity,dietary factors,connected to target population.Include menu planning,label reading,foods to avoid. Approach requires use of nursing theory in developing teaching approach.Develop teaching tools for patient use.Utilize prior learning from sciences as well as new applied learning from pharmacology to incorporate the nursing management and interventions particularly focusing on the pharmaceutical indications
