Choose 15 literary elements with a partner or 8 by yourself. Construct a book which includes a cover and 15 pages. Each page must include the literary element, the definition, a written example, and an image/drawing representing the written example.

Fair Project is partially complete (cover and between 8-11 pages).	Good Project is mostly complete (cover and between 12-14 pages).	Excellent Project is complete with a cover and 15 pages.
Neatness/attractiveness 20 pts Your project should have enough visual detail so that the teacher understands the literary element and the emotion you wish to convey with it.	Poor Project appears messy and thrown together.	Fair Project appears somewhat messy and thrown together.	Good Project is neat but lacks detail.	Excellent Project is exceptionally neat, attractive, and creative. Lots of detail is evident.
Effort / Creativity 20 pts Your project should show your creativity in terms of examples and artwork; project should show that you spent time working on it.	Poor No effort - project is incomplete.	Fair Shows minimal effort.	Good Shows some effort.	Excellent Much effort put into project can be seen.
