Video Project Video Project Students are to produce a 2-3 minute video based on the topic of a product. Students may work in a group of up to 3. Students must hand in a reflection focusing on what was learned and where the challenges lay. The video must be sent through Brightspace. Introduction	POOR There is no introduction to the context.	AVERAGE The introduction does not orient the viewer to what will follow.	WELL DONE The introduction is clear and coherent and evokes moderate interest/response from the viewer.	EXCELLENT The introduction is motivating and hooks the viewer from the beginning.
Required elements	POOR Project incomplete, or complete with no evidence of understanding. Missing four or more elements	AVERAGE Project complete, but shows little evidence of planning or understanding. Missing 2-3 elements.	WELL DONE Project shows adequte understanding. Missing 1-2 elements.	EXCELLENT Project planned carefully. All required elements are met and exceeded.
Creativity and originality	POOR Project incomplete or finished with no evidence of experimentation.	AVERAGE Project finished, but with trite imagery. Little evidence of experimentation and originality.	WELL DONE Project finished but not completely original.	EXCELLENT Project finished with total originality after thorough experimentation.
Attitude and responsibility	POOR Students off task majority of time. Did not care and sought ways to avoid work	AVERAGE Students needed reminders to focus on the task and did the bare minimum.	WELL DONE Students worked and assisted with preparation.	EXCELLENT Students worked enthusiastically toward project goals.
