Student is ALWAYS on task and works productively.
Rarely leaves the his/her seat/classroom; stays focused while in groups.

MOSTLY on-task and worked productively. Leaves his/her seat/classroom sometimes ;stays mostly on task while in groups
Capable

MOSTLY off-task:
UNPRODUCTIVE.
Frequent trips out of his/her seat and classroom;needs to be refocused during group work
Poor

NOT on-task NOR productive.
Excessive trips out the room, does not participate in group work.

Proactively contributes to class by OFFERING ideas and ASKING questions MORE than TWICE during class.

Always listens to classmates when speaking and raises hand quietly to contribute.
Respects peers, teachers, surroundings, and themselves.
Has a positive attitude toward work and/or peers.
Strong

Listens to classmates when speaking but sometimes interrupts. Raises hand to contribute and is mostly respectful of peers, teachers, surroundings, and themselves.
Often has a positive attitude toward work and/or peers.
Capable

Listens to classmates when speaking but often interrupts and speaks out of turn.
Is sometimes respectful of peers, teachers, surroundings, and themselves.
Often has a negative attitude toward work and/or peers.
Poor

Interrupts when another classmate is speaking and continuously speaks out of turn.
Is rarely respectful of peers, teachers, surroundings, or themselves.
Has a negative attitude towards work and/or peers.
