My Family Culture Recipe Assignment 
Each student needs to research the cultural background of the foods they eat as a family, prepare a dish that represents the family culture and bring to school to present to the class. ( A two minute presentation and food dish that serves 4-6 people). They need to explain why this recipe is was chosen and any cultural background if any, provide written recipe in proper format (Title, yield, ingredients, directions and photo of finished dish, can be off internet).
