The translation from English to Spanish features between 7-10 steps for a reader to follow, all ingredients are translated and temperatures/standard unit measures are converted to metric. All commands are properly translated in Spanish. Features a basic description about the recipe, the steps to follow to make the recipe, and a final explanation as to why this recipe is significant to US cuisine. Proper credit is given to any outside sources.

Each recipe is posted as a "blog post" on the WordPress class site, organized on the page in an easy-to-read format, features headings in bold to divide each section and at least 2 pictures of the recipe. Post demonstrates an understanding of basic graphic design principles. Proper credit is given to any images that come from outside sources.

Comparison, using Venn Diagram, relates one's own recipe blog post to that of an international student's and features at least 3 unique points of their post, 3 unique points of the other student's post, and 3 points they share in common. Reflection should connect food to geography and culture and comment on food's influence on society. Reflection will also lead to a commentary on why it is critical to our global citizenship that we study the similarities and differences between cultures.
