This rubric is designed for students to rate how each of their fellow team members performed in their group. Students should fill out an evaluation for each team member.

Helping	Excellent Group member was extremely helpful and assisted other group members whenever needed.	Good Group member was positive and assisted other group members most of the time.	Fair Group member was helpful a fair amount of the time... assisted group members some of the time.	Poor Group member was rarely helpful to other members of the group.	Unacceptable Group member's behavior was negative. He/she refused to help with the project.
Listening	Excellent Group member was an excellent listener with a consistently positive attitude. Did an excellent job listening to other group member's ideas as well as teacher's instructions.	Good Group member was a good listener who usually had a positive attitude. Listened to group member's ideas and teacher's instructions most of the time.	Fair Group member was a fair listener but may have had difficulty maintaining a positive attitude. Listened to group member's ideas and teacher's instructions some of the time.	Poor Group member was a poor listener and had difficulty maintaining a positive attitude. Had difficulty listening to group member's ideas and teacher's instructions.	Unacceptable Group member either was unable to listen to directions or displayed extremely negative behavior or body language when doing so.
Participating	Excellent Group member was an excellent participator. Offered numerous creative ideas and opinions. Consistently participated in a positive way.	Good Group member was a good participator. Offered a good number of ideas and opinions, usually in a positive way.	Fair Group member was a fair participator. Offered some ideas and opinions.	Poor Group member participated a minimal amount or often acted in a negative way.	Unacceptable Group member did not participate or only added negative contributions.
Respecting	Excellent Group member was very respectful of other members. He/she encouraged and supported the ideas and efforts of fellow students all of the time.	Good Group member was respectful of other members most of the time. He/she encouraged and supported the ideas and efforts of fellow students most of the time.	Fair Group member was respectful of other members some of the time. He/she encouraged and supported the ideas and efforts of fellow students some of the time.	Poor Group member was observed not respecting, encouraging and supporting the ideas and efforts of fellow students.	Unacceptable Group member was very disrespectful of fellow students and/or teacher.
