Knowedge and Understanding Is the content accurate and how does it address the issue? Introduction is clear and reason for PSA is obvious and meets Topic	Level 2 The PSA is not accurate and does little to address the issues of the topic.	Level 3 The PSA contains accurate content, but it does not address the topic effectively.	Level 4 The PSA is original and accurate and for the most part addresses the topic effectively.	Level 5 The PSA is original and accurate, effectively addresses the issue.
Communication Is the project organized in a clear and logical way?	Level 2 Performance is unrelated, may be silly or project not taken seriously.	Level 3 Students take project seriously but information may be organized in a way that makes the PSA difficult to understand.	Level 4 Material is well organized. Most parts make sense with the topic. Overall Impression What is the overall impression?	Level 2 There are many problems with the performance that distract from its effectiveness. Problems may include blocking issues, no memorization/no cue cards, too brief, video quality, poor transitions, lack of editing etc. Length of video is not long enough to meet requirements- only meets 1-3 of requirements.	Level 3 There are some problems but overall the performance is able to communicate about the issue. Use of cue cards- obviously reading notes Length of video is less than 2 minutes and meets a few requirements	Level 4 Any problems are so minimal that they don't distract from the effectiveness of the message. Pictures/Video	Level 2 Pictures/ video are blurry and detract from the PSA. OR too few pictures/videos to send the appropriate message.
