Title	Excellent Writing is neat, title is presnt. Poem follows directions of 5,7, 5 syllables in three lines.	Good Writing is somewhat neat. Poem follows most of the directions and is in three lines.	Incomplete Writing is not neat. Poem does not follow the directions and is not in three lines.
Illustration	Excellent Illustration gives a great idea of what the poem is about.	Good Illustration gives somewhat of an idea of what the poem is about.	Incomplete Illustration is not present or does not have anything to do with the assignment.
Name and number	Excellent Name and Number are indicated on the page.	Good Name is present but no number.	Incomplete Neither name nor number is present.
