Students are to decorate the T-shirt to communicate a message about substance abuse. Consider color, symbols, and design as part of their message using language specific to the topic.

Symbols 1 pts	Poor Student uses one or two symbols to convey message. Symbols are random and/or do not represent substance abuse.	Fair Student uses three symbols to convey message. Some organization and logic is evident. Symbols are understood	Good Student uses a minimal of four symbols to convey message.T-shirt is well done and is exceptionally organized, clear and logical. Symbols and words reflect the idea of substance abuse.
Color & Lanuguage 2 pts	Poor Student uses only one color in the design. Language vaguely connects with the theme,	Fair Student uses two or three colors. Language usage connects with theme.	Good Student use a variety of colors and/or materials to decorate the T-shirt. Logical use of wording.
