Science and Social Studies Mid-Term Projects 
Our 5th grade students have been assigned topics that cover different areas in Science and Social Studies. The projects are geared to challenge a student’s various learning techniques. The rubric below will be used as the scoring system for both projects. The maximum grade will be a 100/A and the minimum grade will be 70/D. Students have been asked to be as creative as possible. The paper needs to be at least one full page typed or neatly written.
