Organization 4 pts	Far Below Basic Has only 1 paragraph and does not follow the written format.	Below Basic Contains fewer than 3 paragraphs. Slightly follows written format.	Basic Contains 3 paragraphs. Follows some of the written format.	Proficient Contains 4 paragraphs and follows written format for each paragraph
Elaboration 4 pts	Far Below Basic Off topic completely. Does not answer any of the questions. Reader learns nothing about the student.	Below Basic Only answers questions, but does not elaborate at all, or goes off topic slightly.	Basic Answers to the questions were answered, but only some elaboration.	Proficient Does more than just answer the questions. Elaborates so the reader gets to know the student.
