Comprehension	Below the Standard 0-64% Student did not complete assignment and/or did not answer above 25% of the comprehension questions correctly.	Approaching the Standard 65-74% Student answered at least 50% of comprehension questions correctly.	Meets the Standard 75-89% Student answered 75% of comprehension questions correctly. Student comprehends main idea of the reading.	Exceeds the Standard 90-100% Student answered all (100%)comprehension questions correctly. Student fully demonstrates comprehension of the beginning, middle, and end from the reading. Student is able to write or verbally explain how weather changes from the beginning of the text to the end.
Form	Below the Standard 0-64% Student did not answer the focus question in complete sentences.	Approaching the Standard 65-74% Student answered at least half of the comprehension question in complete sentences.	Meets the Standard 75-89% Student answered at least 75% of the comprehension question in complete sentences.
