Report Summary Evalution 
“Summary Report” will include a summary of the pollution (types, sources, consequences, and ways to reduce), general description of the streams surrounding habitat, a summary of macroinvertebrates collected categorized by order and percent composition, EPT/Midge Ratio, water quality assessment (total score and rating), explanation of the group’s findings, copies of all 3 completed data sheet with stream name, latitude/longitude and group members names and a map from Google Earth with the 3 waypoints. Three sources must be used in the completion of the report
