Good The writer's own voice is somewhat strong and convincing and engages the audience.	Fair The writer's own voice and point of view are often vague.	Poor The writer's own voice and point of view are not evident.
Support	Excellent Argument contains abundant and convincing support from reliable sources.	Good Support is only ample but is still somewhat convincing.	Fair Argument has some support from reliable sources but is still weak.	Poor Argument lacks sufficient support from reliable sources; or the support used is not convincing.
Organization/Unity	Excellent Essay is well-organized, and uses transitional devices to create unity and fluidity.
