Group Cooperation	Excellent Our group cooperated and worked very well together. Every member participated and offered constructive suggestions to help finish the project.	Good Our group stayed on task but a couple of members did not contribute to the assignment. We had some disagreements but we were able to work through them	Fair Our group did not stay on task very well. A few members did not contribute and the project was completed by only a few members of the group.	Poor Our group did not work well together. The project was dominated by one person. One or more people left the original group to join someone else
Group Behavior	Excellent Our group worked very well and did not have to be asked to quiet down. We stayed within our group and did not wander or disturb other groups.	Good Our group worked very well but had to be reminded a couple of times to be quiet. Some members wandered about the room at times	Fair Our group had a hard time staying on task. We had to be reminded several times to get back to work. Several of our members disturbed other groups.	Poor Our group did not stay on task. We had to be reminded to be quiet and stay within our group many times. Our behavior prohibited other groups from working!
My Participation	Excellent I participated and and gave my best effort. I listened to other's ideas and offered some of my own. I offered assistance to others in my group to help finish the project.	Good I participated but could have given more effort. I found myself sitting at times not doing anything.	Fair My effort was not what it could have been. I goofed off a lot and made it hard for my group to finish on time. I also disturbed other groups.	Poor I did not contribute at all. The members of my group finished the project without my help.
Communication	Excellent I commuicated with member of my group often. Various forms of commuinations was used to stay in contact with my group members.	Good	Fair My efforts were not what I would have expected of myself. My lack of participation affected other members of the group.	Poor
Instructor comments	Excellent Student took leadership position. Helped group members stay on task and help others when to complete the project.	Good Student displayed some leadership skills. Assisted with group tasks and made efforts to stay focused on project	Fair Student didn't work well with group members. Group members were forced to change assignment for lack of participation.	Poor Student didn't participate in group work at all.
