Vegetable Nutrition Awareness Presentation 
Each group will choose 5 vegetables used in salad preparation that they will conduct a research on the health benefits and make a presentation slide to present to their peers during chapel. This is to bring awareness to the Junior High School Community regarding nutrition benefits of vegetables and promote healthy eating.

Four vegetables are included and sample dishes with good presentations. The headings have no spelling errors. Steps are presented well.

Three vegetables are included with some sample dishes. The headings are not easily identified and contain spelling errors. Steps presented good but may be presented in a more understandable way.
Needs Improvement

Very few vegetables with some example of dish/salads, lacking info. The presentation of the steps are ok but will need a lot of improvement to achieve the understanding of the products.

Has only 1 vegetable and example ; the understanding is not easily achieved.

2 or less are pictures of the recipe are in the presentation. No creativity is evident. Very little effort given.
