Vegetable Nutrition Awareness Presentation

Each group will choose 5 vegetables used in salad preparation that they will conduct a research on the health benefits and make a presentation slide to present to their peers during chapel. This is to bring awareness to the Junior High School Community regarding nutrition benefits of vegetables and promote healthy eating.

Vegetable Presentations with sample recipes x2	Excellent Five different vegetables are included and sample dishes or more with section headings which are clearly labeled headings, easily identified and have no spelling errors; procedure; steps are clearly presented.	Very Good Four vegetables are included and sample dishes with good presentations. The headings have no spelling errors. Steps are presented well.	Developing Three vegetables are included with some sample dishes. The headings are not easily identified and contain spelling errors. Steps presented good but may be presented in a more understandable way.	Needs Improvement Very few vegetables with some example of dish/salads, lacking info. The presentation of the steps are ok but will need a lot of improvement to achieve the understanding of the products.	Poor Has only 1 vegetable and example ; the understanding is not easily achieved.
Pictures x2	Excellent Good and Enough Pictures are included about the vegetable and nutrition information with the steps. They are in color and would be attractive to the customer. They are in color and are attractive to the customer. Time and effort are given.	Developing Fewer Pictures are included in the with some nutrition information. They are in color and are somewhat attractive to the customer. Time and effort are lightly given.	Needs Improvement Not so much photos and nutrition information. The photos are in color and but not attractive to the customer. Time and effort are not so much given. Clearly needs revision.	Poor 2 or less are pictures of the recipe are in the presentation. No creativity is evident. Very little effort given.
Content & Nutrition Information x3	Excellent Presentation include clear description with complete nutrition information/facts for each recipe presented. The recipes has excellent content.	Very Good Presentation include good description with complete nutrition information/facts for each recipe presented. The recipes has very good content. Very little details missed 1 or 2 facts needed.	Developing Presentation include some description with some nutrition information/facts for each recipe presented. The recipes has good content. Some important details missed and need some more content 3-4 nutrition content missing.	Needs Improvement Presentation include little description with very little nutrition information/facts for each recipe presented. The recipes has good content. Many important details missed and need some more content 5-7 nutrition content missing.	Poor Presentation has no description with very little nutrition information/facts for each recipe presented. Too many details missing.
Creativity/Effort & Cooperaton x2	Excellent Clear evidence of effort put forth with cooperation. Presentation is extremely neat, organized, colorful, and very creative.
