Collaborative Specific Scenario Meal Plan/Presentation 
Students must design a seven-day detailed meal plan for a variety of unique individuals that consists of nutritious and fresh natural unprocessed foods, that will include one meal they will prepare FROM SCRATCH for themselves. Student will create a meal plan poster within their groups that summarize their meal plan and experience and give a brief presentation on their meal plan during a gallery walk.
