2 stanza Poetry Project 
Students will choose a specific topic to write a 2 stanza poem with at least 4 lines. Included: 4 types of figurative language: hyperbole, simile, metaphor, and personification. The student will type their poem and paste it onto a piece of construction paper. Please be very creative and originality is welcome.
