Unit 6: Engaging Scenario
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Organization	Poor Sequence of information is difficult to follow. It does not make sense.	Fair Reader has difficulty following work because student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which reader can follow.	Excellent Information is in logical, interesting sequence which reader can follow.
Elements of Literature	Poor Student does not have the elements of literature in the story (characters with descriptions, setting(s), plot, problem/solution.)	Fair Student has one or two elements of literature in the story.	Good Student has three elements of literature in the story.	Excellent Student has all four elements of literature in the story (characters with descriptions, setting(s), plot, problem/solution.)
Original	Poor Story is not original. Students did not update the story.	Fair Story is not very original.	Good Story is somewhat original.	Excellent Story is very original, not similar to many other versions.
Group work	Poor Student refused to work with group members.	Fair Student struggled working with his/her group.	Good Student tried to work with his/her group.	Excellent Cooperates well, compromised when needed, stayed on task, worked together to get a quality finished story.
