Preparation 25 pts	Level 1 Student was NOT PREPARED for class. They did not have their books out and open. They did not look 'ready to work' and needed prompting to get started.	Level 2 Student was MOSTLY NOT prepared for class. They were missing some items(books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and needed some prompting to get started.	Level 3 Student was PREPARED for class (books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and had their books open to the correct page and looked 'ready to work'. They did not need prompting.	Level 4 Student was PREPARED for class (books, agenda, pencil, etc..) and IMMEDIATELY opened their books and had begun working without any prompting.
Productivity/On-task 25 pts	Level 1 -NOT on-task nor productive	Level 2 -MOSTLY off-task and UNPRODUCTIVE	Level 3 - ON-TASK and worked PRODUCTIVELY	Level 4 - ON-TASK and worked PRODUCTIVELY and Excelled on task set forth
Level of Engagement 25 pts	Level 1 -DID NOT contribute to class by offering ideas and asking questions..	Level 2 -contributed to class by offering ideas and asking questions ONCE during class.	Level 3 -proactively contributed to class by working COOPERATIVELY and ASKING questions MORE than TWICE during class.	Level 4 proactively contributed to class by working COOPERATIVELY and ASKING questions CONTINUALLY during task
Behavior 25 pts	Level 1 Student DID NOT show responsibility and respect during class.	Level 2 Student OCCASIONALLY showed responsibility and respect and OCCASIONALLY displayed disruptive behavior during class.	Level 3 Student SHOWED responsibility and respect and did NOT display disruptive behavior during class.	Level 4 Student SHOWED responsibility and respect and did NOT AT ANT TIME display disruptive behavior during class.
