Medical Assisting responsibilities exercise/ quiz 
This rubric is to grade students that are working on a group project. Each student will participate actively in this project. Team leader will encourage participation from each member in a nonthreatening, professional manner. Team leaders will be responsible for redirecting the group as needed. Each student who wishes to step up as group leader will have opportunity to do so during this exercise. This exercise will be repeated until passing score of 80 percent is obtained.

The student followed most of the directions. The project was completed very well. The students worked hard and showed improvements in team efforts and created a good finished project. Redirection was attempted and successful.

The students followed all of the directions. The project was completed to the best of their ability. The students put more effort into the project than what was required. The students showed tremendous amount of interest and willingness to work together as a team to finish the project within the assigned time. Redirection occured and was successful.
