Presenting a Saint

Students will give a presentation on a saint of their choice. Objectives: To define a saint as someone who strives to follow God's commandment to love him, ourselves, and others; To recognize saints as role models; To begin to develop life goals that reflect the teachings of Christ and emulate the Saints.

Date and Place of Birth Report contains the birthdate and place of birth.	Good The complete birthdate (month, day, and year) and place of birth (city/town and country) included in the report.	Fair Only part of the date and birthplace information included in the report.	Poor One or both of the required informtion is missing completely.
Family Background Report contains available background information in a descriptive passage.	Good Family background information is included and done well. Miracles of your Saint Report contains at least 1 miracle that this saint is known for.	Good Contains detailed information on several miracles that this saint performed.	Fair Includes some information on the miracles this saint performed.	Poor Very little information on miracles was given during report.
Personal Role Model Why is this saint your role model?	Good A clear explanantion of why the Saint is a personal role model to you was given	Fair An explanation of why the Saint is a role model was given but was unclear or doesn't relate to you personally.	Poor Little or no explanation given as to why the Saint is a role model.
