Community Health Educational Program 
Student will research & create a power point presentation to illustrate the most current health information. Students will present & discuss their findings from the windshield survey, identify major health concerns in their community, educate, and answer questions about their topic. Students are expected to collaborate effectively to create the finished product using reliable, relevant and up to date resources as well as create an educational program to be utilized in community setting

There was no serious conflicts and students were able to share knowledge, experience, and compromise to create an excellent finished product.

A mutually agreed upon work plan was created and each student fulilled thier role. The students appeared to cooperate in presenting their display. Any conflicts that arose were resolved with little assistance. A good finished product was created.

A work plan was created but one party is not satisfied, or the balance of work appears to fall on one student over the other. Conflicts required assistance to resolve or an inability to cooperate well was noticeable. Students did not seem to share knowledge or work together to complete thier display.
