Subject Knowledge 25 pts	Poor Students do not have grasp of information.	Fair Students are uncomfortable with information.	Good Students are at ease but fail to elaborate.	Excellent Students demonstrate full knowledge (more than required) with explanations and elaboration.
Organization 15 pts	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because students jump around.	Good Students present information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Students present information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Elocution/ Eye Contact 5 pts	Poor Students mumble, incorrectly pronounce terms, and speak too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Students' voices are low. Students incorrectly pronounce terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Good Students' voices are clear. Students' pronounce most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Excellent Students use a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.
Creativity 5 pts	Poor Repetitive with little or no variety; insufficient use of materials / media.	Fair Little or no variation; material presented with little originality or interpretation.	Good Some originality apparent; good variety and blending of materials / media.	Excellent Very original presentation of material; captures the audience’s attention.
