Homework Rubric

Each marking period regular homework will be given that will be graded by this rubric. At the end of the term all of the homework is averaged together to make 15% of your grade.

Completeness	Poor No evidence of understanding, Not submitted on time.	Fair Limited evidence of completion of assignment with understanding.	Good Most of assignment is done (At least 8 out of every 10 problems done) Usually submitted on time	Excellent Assignment is complete and submitted on time
Effort	Poor No effort shown	Fair Limited effort is shown, Limited evidence of independent work	Good Some effort is shown, with some requirements met	Excellent Excellent effort is shown and work is of high quality
Check for accuracy	Poor No evidence of attempt to be accurate	Fair Work is of inconsistent quality, more than 1/5th of answers are incorrect	Good Not more than 3 wrong answers for the entire assignment	Excellent Work is checked for accuracy, and it is clear student worked hard on it.
