Fair Relatively weak in terms of making a direct correlation to the topic of the presentation, regardless of how engaging, sticky and entertaining the activity was.	Good Connection to the topic was relatively strong in terms of the active learning component.	Excellent The connection of the active learning component and the topic of the presentation was directly related and obvious to the audience.	Comments
Engagement 50 % The audience felt engaged entirely, so that all members participated and experienced the active learning component.	Fair The stickiness had to do with an interesting illustration, visual aide, or demonstration, but did not incldue all audience members.	Good The stickiness involved everyone, but only on a nominal basis, lacking full engagement and/or emotional connectivity.	Excellent The stickiness involved everyone and engaged the audience on an emotive level, resulting in heightened energy and feedback in debrief; the wow effect.	Comments
