Google Slides: Tales of the Odd/Unexplained Rubric

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your Google Slides presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component (part) of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the Google Slides presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your presentation have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Good Slide includes some (2 points) information regarding the topic. Topic is discussed adequately and in an organized manner and shows some research.	Fair Slide includes very little (1 point) information regarding your topic. Topic is discussed vaguely and but not in an organized manner and shows little research.	Poor Slide includes very little or no information regarding your topic. Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on.
Graphics	Excellent Slides are attractive. Text is artistic and easy to read. Graphics and effects are used throughout the slide to enhance presentation.	Good Slides are attractive. Text is somewhat easy to read. Graphics and effects are used throughout the slide to enhance presentation.	Fair Slides are easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Slide only has 1 picture.	Poor The slides are not easy to read. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There is little or no use of graphics or effects.
Grammar and Mechanics	Excellent Capitalization and punctuation are correct throughout the presentation. There are no grammatical errors.
